Exclusive Heritage has a high tech finish that completely encases your bathtub, tiles basin or counter-top. Sure it bonds by actually joining the electron with the original surface, our coating literally becomes part of the existing fixture providing a durable finish!
In the begining of 2020 we finish the commissioning for around 600 rooms for MANDARIN ORIENTAL KUALA LUMPUR and in 2022 we finish the CITITEL at MID-VALLEY all rooms with bathtubs around 80 units.

Permanent Non-Stain Grouting : White cement and sillicone use for grouts, would turns dark and brownish in color within 3 to 4 months after regrouting, with our ''Permanent Non Stain Grouting, it would always be the same, eliminating the time loss every 3 to 4 months doing re-grouting work. We are using these product since 1992. Grouting:- means the white cement line between two pieces of tiles, Example: Bathtubs' sides, W/C base & Counter-top sides.

Bathtub, Floor and Wall tiles 3 years warranty for everything except ABUSE, Bathroom lavatories, tile, marble and formica counter-tops, appliances and chip repairs carry a one year warranty. This covers pealing of the coating, cracking or other general failure of the bonding of the coating, subject to specific terms of care, handling and treatment. You will be fully covered.
